Archibat is looking for Store Developer for a Global Retail Fashion Brand, position based in Beijing.

Overall Job Function:
As a Store Developer you are responsible of planning, directing and coordinating all activities relating to the commerciality and design of store layout. Commerciality is defined as maximizing the store’s sales potential, and concerns both space management as well as understanding customer behavior and expectations in different retail locations. The Store Developer is also responsible of making sure we create the prerequisites to maximize the inspiration level through-out the whole customer track inside the store, as well as creating high impact facade solutions beating all surrounding competition. Thereby, you play a key role within the local expansion function as you are the person responsible of implementing the company’s commercial and design guidelines in the local market.
 
In your daily work, you will work closely together with other functions such as leasing, construction, visual merchandise and allocation specialists. In addition, the Store Developer is also the one handling all contact with the specialist design team based in Hong Kong. Simply – you are the spider in the net and you love to handle many projects and tasks simultaneously!
 

Responsibilities:
· Set and define the optimal commercial and design plan for multiple store projects within your designated region
· Set and manage project time plans and coordinate activates both within your own function and cross functional
· Support other departments in layout related questions during both pre-assessment and execution phase
· Approve final drawing packages delivered from design specialists as well as external construction architects
· Perform site visits and follow ups with pre-assessment and construction phase
· Drive pro-active projects within your region to optimize commercial potential beyond boundaries of global guidelines

Job Requirements and Personal Skills:
· You have 3-5 years working experience from any field connected to driving sales or design within the retail sector
· You have an international background
· You are result oriented and not afraid of new challenges
· You are flexible in terms of travel (sometimes every week)
· You know how to prioritize and handle high work load. In order to keep deadlines you are flexible in terms of hours and could consider to extend working hours from time to time
· You like being creative and feel a passion for design related questions
· You are self-motivated and enjoys to work with constant improvements
· You are a team player
· You have a hands-on approach and an ability to manage multi-functional tasks and execute according to deadlines
· Have high analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
· You should be well familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point are a minimum)
· Proficient skills in AutoCAD is a plus
