Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain FT’s market position with end users and customers
2. Developing and winning sales, tender strategies, tender work and contract negotiations
3. Market analysis and project selection
4. Co-ordination with other FT China product lines for optimum sales approach for each project

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in railway engineering, preferably also education in business management
2. Over 3 years experience in railway industry, working experience in car builders is preferred
3. General Knowledge and concept of Rolling Stocks
4. High initiative capability to take own decisions and solve problems, confident approach to tasks with clear ambition to develop and win complex projects
5. Good communication and team work capabilities
