Office Administration
1.Provide hospitality services to guests and employees
2.Oversee office maintenance, renovation and move
3.Plan office layout and budget
4.Proactively support the team with key administrative tasks and office services
Human Resources
1.Manage HR policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance
2.Handle recruitment process and implementation
3.Conduct surveys with data and foresight to HR Director
4.Lead, plan and manage logistics of all company-wide culture team building events
5.Research and propose all aspects of Company Healthcare benefit
6.Administer annual performance management review processes
Accounting
1.Basic book-keeping and use of accounting software
2.Prepare quarterly commission and bonus agreements and statements
3.Liaise with payroll vendor to ensure timely payout
Qualifications
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor in Human Resources, Office Management or related equivalent practical experiences
2.Proficiency in MS Office
3.Language Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written
4.With at least 5 years of Human Resources experience as Generalist preferably in digital media (interactive/digital/web/mobile advertising/media/ telco industry)
5.Good knowledge of and experience with APAC employment law principles
6.Experience working cross functionally within all of HR segments with demonstrated collaboration and teaming
7.Ability to establish strong cross functional relationships at all levels and geographies
8.Working knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS)
9.Experience with benefits administration
10.HR accreditation certification is added advantage
11.Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both in spoken and written
12.Capability to apply discretion and sound judgment in managing complex processes, decisions and handling sensitive information
13.Strong and good hands-on operational experience
14.Having prior experience working in a start-up is highly desirable

Job Description
We are looking for an independent individual to work in our Human Resources - China team. An Office Manager is responsible for providing world-class experience for guests and employees of Smaato by creating successful, motivating, efficient, and enjoyable working environment. Good Office Managers play a foundational role in the growth, operations of the APAC team by establishing, administering and communicating various human resources procedures and Office environment well-being in China.
The Officer Manager will report to Human Resources, Director - APAC. This position is primarily based in Shanghai. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a fun and fast paced energetic environment with immense growth potential of mobile marketing.
