职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
?Provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all aspects of financial management (including profit & loss, balance sheet, receivables, revenue recognition, cash management, and funding) for the JV, as well as lead the interface and execution of successful business decisions in consultation with the JV CEO.
?Partner with the operating team, and act as a champion to drive operating performance, productivity, cost optimization, inventory accuracy and utilization in order to deliver business initiatives, growth and profitability while ensuring controllership.
?Lead various tax, audit, treasury and legal matters for the JV.
?Communicate goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally to JV partners and Board.
Qualifications:
?Master's degree in finance-related area or business administration.
?Seasoned professional who has served in senior level Financial and/or Strategic Planning position for 7-10 years.
?Understanding of PRC and US GAAPs, Prior work experience for a major joint venture in China is greatly advantageous.
?Highly developed written and verbal communications skills in both English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
