职位描述：
Job Title: Customer Service Engineer
Reports To: Service Manager, Beijing
Position Location: Beijing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Service Tektronix/Fluke/Keithley products returned for repair and calibration, and feedback service data in Quality System
2. Improve customer satisfaction on service by working together with Beijing service team and the commercial team
3. Implement Daily Management to improve daily SQDIP (5s/Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity) performances and sustain the achievements
4. Do KAIZEN (continuous improvement) to shorten TAT (Turn-Around-Time) and improve efficiency, and sustain
5. Enhance service capabilities in Beijing service center to better serve customers
6. Assist Service Manger to resolve any urgent or critical issues

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:
1. Customer satisfaction
2. Service return
3. On-Time delivery
4. TAT
5. True daily management

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Satisfactory knowledge on electronic and electrical products
2) Hands-on skills or potential capability on PCBA and related electronic technologies, like soldering etc.
3) High capability to relentlessly initiate and drive changes for better

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1) Experiences in electronic manufacturing environment, service/repair experiences are preferred
2) Bachelor degree
3) Major in electronics or measuring instruments
4) Good command of English will be plus.
