Job Description
1. General tasks 一般任务
- To support HQ budget and cost team to control cost and budget, including procurement, for both residential and commercial projects
为总部的预算和成本控制团队提供支持,包括住宅和商业项目的招投标采购。
- To prepare cost report
准备成本报告
- To manager files and contracts
管理文件和合同
2. Procurement support 采购支持
- To support HQ budget and cost team to formulate the tender standard regulation in procumbent stage
为总部预算和成本控制团队制定采购环节的招标标准管理制度
- Follow up with procurement standard execution.
跟进采购标准的执行
- Support the procurement strategy finalization
协助采购战略方案的落实
- Formulate RFP, forms, records & reports preparation
规划招标文件,标准文档,准备相关记录和报告
- Coordination and communication with tendering companies
协调和沟通各投标公司
3. Payment check 付款申请
- Check payment to make sure all payment validation has been properly done
检查付款申请单并保证所有付款确认准确无误
- Check on the contract terms to make contractor was not over paid
检查合同条款并保证付款金额的正确性
4. Project coordination 项目协调
- Coordinate with company partner to get financial date
与伙伴公司协调收集财务收据
- Liaison with project team to collect all project data
与项目公司联系收集项目数据
5. Budget and cost control and analysis 预算与成本控制
- Under project director’s direction, to prepare cost status report for all projects monthly.
在项目总监指导下,准备所有项目的月度成本汇报
- Conduct budget and data analysis as required for senior management review
对预算和财务数据进行分析,并呈报高层管理团队审阅
6. Document control 文件控制
- Establish filling structure in shared drive
在公共盘简历文件系统
- Interface with local term for all cost and contract documentation work
与各地项目公司联系,负责成本和合约的管理工作
- Organize and file all hard copy documents
整理并保管所有原始文件
- Backup hard drive file per scheduled time and location
定期对硬盘中的文件进行备份
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in construction related field
本科及以上学历,工程相关专业
2. At least 10 years construction procurement field, have done construction procurement work for Shopping Mall, Residential Development, Hotel and service suits
至少10年以上工程采购领域经验,有在购物中心,住宅开发,酒店和服务套装进行工程采购经验
3. Construction and Site management coordination experience
工程和现场管理协调经验
4. Great team work ability, work under pressure and meet date line, integrity character, and great negotiation capability
良好的团队合作能力,在压力能按时完成工作,为人正直诚信,谈判能力强
5. Working experience with foreign Company preferable and familiar with FIDIC international procurement and contracting term and condition
有外企工作背景和熟悉FIDIC国际采购和承包条款和条件
6. Good English communication in both oral and writing is preferable
良好的英语口语和写作能力
