职位描述：
Responsibilities:


1. Implements effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and regional/global Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) strategy to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements. Ensures all relevant parties understand strategies and execute processes accordingly.

2. Works together with Shared Service Center and Transportation Management Centers (TMC)in the region. Technical support to outsourced manufacturing, suppliers and sourcing Implements programs to drive improvement in cost, quality, delivery and working capital (payment terms, lead times, order quantities and purchased material inventory).

（1）Manages planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets and savings forecasts.
（2）Oversees planning and logistics of incoming materials and components based on the master production plan and master production schedule. Updates the master production plan on a regular basis, and ensures efficient stock and inventory management.
（3）Centralize transactional procurement to increase productivity and spend coverage through process standardization and best practices: benefit from lower cost base, faster PO turnover and Flexible resource pool
（4）Global transport management system for lower operating costs and increased quality
（5）Managing order to settlement and logistics services, increase freight savings through setup of consolidated transport management centers


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and major in Electronics or Electrical or Mechanical and thermodynamic are preferred
2. Minimum 85 years of work experiences, ideally in supply chain management. electronics
3. Minimum of 3 years experiences as SCM Manager
4. Working experience in engineering and/or system business is preferred. product engineering/design/R&D, ideally with project management experience
5. Knowledge of combustion instrumentation products, e.g. flame scanners, or applications is preferable
6. Knowledge of boiler, turbine and burner functions is preferable
7. Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work as part of internal, cross cultural team
