工作职责：
1、对客户代表进行培训、激励、评价和考核；
2、协助总经理做好项目全区业主的收楼统筹管理工作；
3、客户接待管理工作；
4、组织跟进重大业主投诉事宜及赔偿事务的控制及处理工作；
5、协调项目全区业主产权证工作的内部控制与管理工作；
6、抓好客户档案资料管理工作，并保证客户关系管理体系的正常推进；
7、协助做好对客户代表人员的职业道德和形象教育；

岗位要求：
1、物业管理、工程管理、房地产等相关专业大学专科及以上学历；
2、3年以上房地产行业物业管理、工程管理等相关工作经验，有知名房地产相关工作经验优先；
3、有物业执业经理人资格者优先；
4、沟通协调能力强，客服意识强，形象良好；
5、熟练操作EXCEL、WORD、PPT等软件。
