职位描述：
Main responsibility:
Fully understand customer requirement of product GD&T and quality;
Work out and maintain the gauge/checking fixture specification;
Take lead for in-house & customer gauge design, design review and buy-off according to external & internal requirement;
Monitoring the timing plan of gauge development according to project timing milestone;
Setup the list for developing gauge and define the initial maintenance plan;
Take lead for gauge data base management including 3D model, 2D drawing and performance data;
Ensure the gauge will fulfill the requirement for quality requirement with such kind of tools like MSA;
Coordinate with purchasing for gauge supplier assessment and selection including the quotation review;
On-site support the program team to review the customer requirement with professional GD&T and gauge knowledge;

Needs:
bachelor degree of Mechanical or Measuring instrument;
At least minimum 5 years experience for automotive industry and 3 years for gauge design and management experience;
Skill of 3D software as Catia V5;
Proof knowledge of GD&T Requirement;
Skill as gauge design and good understanding for measuring device such as CMM, dial indicator etc;
Well understand of MSA knowledge and problem analysis & solving skill;
Both Oral and written English skill; 举报 分享
