1. Implement the credit control policy and procedure in order to decrease the credit risk of the company
严格执行公司所指定的信用控制政策和流程，以减少公司的风险
2. Review and manage the contract, review and evaluate Payment Term and Credit Limit for the existing and new customer according to the business data including the sales forecast, sales revenue, collection, etc.
审阅并管理合同，根据现有客户和新客户的销售预测，实际销售金额，收款等相关数据，复核和评估该客户的赊销账期以及信用额度
3. Check, monitor and clean the AR balance that the payment is made by the customer to the account of Company’s E-Commerce
负责对公司内部电子商务收款平台数据的核实、管控以及核销
4. Processing in the AR reconciliation with the credit customer and apply to issue the invoice in time monthly in order to make sure the accuracy outstanding AR of the credit customer
每月及时地和赊销客户核对账款并申请发票，以确保客户应收账款金额的正确性
5. Processing in the consignment reconciliation with the customer and apply to issue the invoice in time monthly in order to ensure the consignment inventory; Make the stocktaking with the customer if necessary
每月及时地和代销客户核对库存并申请发票，以确保代销客户库存的准确性；必要时与客户一起进行代销库存的盘点
6. Assist to follow up with the sales team and the outstanding AR of the customer and liaise with them to take the effective action till collecting the due payment
协助销售跟进客户的应收账款，采取有效的方法收回货款
7. Processing the cash application in time daily according to the payment from the specific customer and the unknown payment in order to verify the accuracy outstanding AR balance of the customer
每天及时核销客户所支付的货款包括未知客户的货款，以确保客户应收账款余额的正确性
8. Other relevant tasks assigned by Managers

Qualification:
职位要求：
1. College or above degree, Major in Administration or Finance
大专及以上学历，行政或财务专业
2. Working in AR or Credit Control experience at least two years, FMCG background preferred
至少二年的财务应收账款或信用控制的工作经验，具有快速消费品领域的优先考虑
3. Good computer skills on MS Office and ERP system, SAP preferred
具有良好的MS office技能；有操作运用系统管理软件的经验，具有SAP系统操作技能的优先考虑
4. Good command of English, both oral and written
