Positive overview
The Designer will work with marketing department closely, and report to project manager. The designer will be responsible for the design all the marketing material (social media, conference, newsletter, poster, website etc) and will also be responsible for all other creative design work relating to events, marketing and other publications. The candidate needs to be highly innovative and have creative design experience.

Responsibilities:
- videos and backdrop produced for events, look and feel for large-scale annual event, templates for digital ad banners for association events or announcements, and online ad design
- Manage association photo library
- Responsible for delivering designs according to specifications and branding guidelines
- Manage schedules and workload with marketing assistant, estimating the time required to complete all design tasks
- Prepare printing proofs
- Responsible for directing photographers for event photography on the best way to present their work for use in the publication.

Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer. The project running by Huan De Future City is China European Future City (CEFC) which is located in the international low carbon city of Longgang District under the support of NDRC and Shenzhen municipal government.
