Ensure support is provided for:
· 5 x 9 support that aligns to the Officers work schedule.
· Sensitivity to protocol and etiquette equally as important as IT skillset.
· IT Field Service Excellence, Mobility, Social IT Savvy, and Conference/Video Support Knowledge.
· Other Technology Questions: cell phone purchases, headsets, connectivity services (including Blackberry, mobile phones, iPads, iPhones, IT Equipment, Remote Access, Local Area Network and Wide Area Network).
· Actively track and understand daily meetings/schedule of EO.
· Alignment and matrix for named IT Exec Techs backups.
· Flexible Approach - Off hours support and travels may be requested at any time.
· Augment local IT support as available.
· Identify New Technologies that will Improve the Business / Function.
· Continuelly support the” Voice of the Customer” (VOC) for IT services and driving improvements in IT customer satisfaction levels.
· In addition to Executive Officer support, we will provide additional.
· support for ITHub, Video, VIP, or End Users when possible with executive support taking precedence over the additional support opportunities.
Knowledge and Qualification
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience of IT VIP Support or IT Customer Service related, collaborative business experience is a plus.
· Strong working knowledge of End User Computing, Software, OS, LAN system .technologies and mobility services.
· Broad technical expertise in varied architectures.
· Strong communicate skills at all levels of the organization with ability to influence others.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
· Strong business acumen.
· Demonstrates business knowledge to analyze and understand client's issues.
· Full project life cycle management experience.
· Ability to set clear expectations & goals and hold people accountable to them.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work-streams.
· Knowledgeable in service delivery techniques and disciplines, ensuring full adherence to standards and ITIL framework.
· Detail oriented and a quick learner.
Critical Behavioral Skills for the Role
· Microsoft Office 2010/2016/365 (mandatory)
· Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 (mandatory)
· Dell/HP Hardware Troubleshooting (desirable)
· Windows Networking fundamentals (desirable)
· Fluent in both oral and written English (mandatory)
· Cisco IP Phone System/Avaya Lync Phone System (desirable)
· Video conferencing system (desirable)
Certificate
· Microsoft Certified Professional is a plus.
· ITIL Foundation is a plus.
· CET 6 or multinational company experience is a must (meet one of two at least).
· TEM-4 or above is a plus.
