Reporting to: OCL Controller
Supervision headcount: 40-50 (including 18 Temp employees)
Position Specification:
The main responsibilities of this role include implementing, updating and ensuring proper accounting controls for the accounting department according to GAAP and company policies and for effectively managing assigned staff. Working in collaboration with other senior Finance staff, the Finance Associate Director, provides leadership by managing assigned accounting functions, providing responsive service to the organization, identifying and implementing process improvements within the accounting function, and serving as a resource to financial managers and others throughout the organization.
Basic Accountabilities:
This role is responsible for A/P, A/R, contract accounting, general accounting. In specific, the role should lead the ACO in promote financial accountability and reporting through
· Providing appropriate levels of security and control of company assets, resources and operations.
· Timely, accurate and relevant booking and reporting.
· Efficient and effective internal controls.
· Complying with closing process including of year-end reports and appendices.
Principle Working Relations:
This position would work closely with the finance and operational department.
Qualification Requirement:
· A degree holder and a qualified accountant. CISA, IIA, CIA and MBA gained in a recognized institution will be viewed favourably.
· 8 12 years of total working experience from MNC
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills
· Good English report writing skills;
· Good communications and interpersonal skills
