工作内容:

Job Summary
Responsible for managing and controlling materials Excess and Obsolescence(E&O) for sites with minimum or zero exposure. Drive and lead all sites and related functions to avoid materials E&O with close understanding of customers demand, establishment of E&O control polices and process, and generation and closure of all action plans for reduction and mitigation of exposure.

Key Responsibilities
1. Work with Business Development and Customers in establishing of agreement for material liability based on customer's demand loading.
2. Work and coach all sites in adhering to demand loading agreement and approved materials purchase plan.
3. Work with sourcing/commodity managers and specialists in lead time and MOQ (minimum order quantity) reduction.
4. Mitigate and/or reduce materials E&O by working with sourcing, purchasing, engineering, R&D and all related functions.
5. Establishment of all material inventory holding policy.
6. Set up monitoring system and review process for E&O.
7. Develop all materials E&O disposition and supplier liability payment process.
8. Training and coaching.
9. Performs other project, activities as required to support the site operations.

岗位职责:

Requirement
1. B.S. degree in business operations management, industrial engineering, or related technical discipline.
2. A working knowledge of high volume manufacturing operations, ERP planning systems.
3. Strong mathematical and analysis skills required.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong personal computer skill and MS office. Good command of excel is required.
