职位描述：
Job Summary
This position will report to Greater China CFO. Act as the Finance Business Partner and operate as an integral part of the Business Team. Support CFO and works as a partner with business leadership to manage growth, cost, and operating profit measures according to set goals
Accountability
Act as a Finance business partner to GMs on full P&L accountability to achieve GMs contribution target, with focus on spend planning and control. Balancing the requirements of the GMs and the overall GC requirements.
Reporting/system:
Be able to generate information from system independently to compile the full PL and analyze. Willing to learn if not already familiar with SAP system.
Provide timely PL reporting to GMs with valuable advice to ensure GMs get full awareness of the latest business status and be able to take actions timely.
Support GMs on financial risk of maintenance revenue of their industries and accounts
Creative thinking to create new and supplemental reporting methods to aid management in proactive problem solving as per the GM requirement.
Business partnering:
Be able to give valuable advice to GMs on areas such as cost control, program implementation, revenue risks (mainly on the Maintenance stream)
Ensure full compliance of SAP policy of supported market units and assist GMs on such on-going compliance topics
Team collaboration:
Be able to collaborate strongly and effectively with
Finance peers on monthly/quarterly closing, forecasting and annual planning tops.

Experience and soft skills:
10 years or above finance experience in a high growth environment requiring strong business partnering.

Language requirements:
English: Fluent and polished
