Overview of the Position:
Ø Capex follow-up and fixed asset related accounting and reporting.
Ø Market operation cost center actual expenses analysis; expenses adjustment or accrual booking on monthly basis and BOFC reporting;
Ø Projects cost of good sales and margin analysis and follow-up;
Ø Preparation of audit schedules for internal and external auditors;
Ø LCM Sales and margin analysis and follow-up
Responsibilities:
1. Expenses related
Ø Make sure the MO cost center expenses booking are correct; to do the reconciliation if needed.
Ø Summarize the monthly actual expenses status and highlight the key problem. Make sure the expenses are under control with the Budget figure in Magellan.
Ø The fixed expenses should be booked on monthly basis; accrual the expenses if the actual fixed expenses are not been booked.
Ø Provide expenses relate report: structure cost, transversal cost and etc.
2. Project costing
Ø Budget control, Highlight the risk and opportunities of project spending against the budget; to avoid provided equipments scope changing without add on revenue.
Ø Work closely with PM, PGPM to update revised cost on monthly basis, ensure the accuracy of industrial margin.
Ø Project calculated result follow up to ensure calculation accuracy on COGS, POC rate and reserve.
Ø Prepare project monthly tracking report on monthly basis.
Ø On time review and supporting on closing process for complete line projects.
3. LCM Costing:
Ø Monthly closing for Service & LCM Business, data warehouse integration;
Ø Work closely with LCM & Service department in process improvement;
Ø Monthly LCM business review (Sales& IM, Difference on sections, inventory, etc…);
Ø Support CRM System update for local requirement;
4. Reporting:
Ø Prepare quarterly reporting package ( Balance Sheet and Chart of account );
Ø Statistic report to local government;
Education & Languages :
-Bachelor Degree or above in finance related majors;
Professional Skills & Experience :
- Over 4-5 years finance experience in accounting, familiar with accounting process;
- Have good communication and coordination ability, project management experience is preferred;
- Good knowledge of ERP system and Microsoft office applications; Excellence skill on SAP is a plus;
- Be in a good understanding of basic tax regulations and PRC GAAP, IFRS knowledge;
- Excellent command of English, both in writing and spoken;
- Excellent self-motivation and interpersonal skills;
- Be innovative and excellent on problem solving skill.
