Responsibilities
1. Deploy technical requirements on new subcontractors
2. Yield Improvement and Process Improvement Projects
3. New Production Introduction
4. Involve in package and test-finishing maturity
5. Involve in automotive readiness project
6. Develop workable system and template (when there is no ST format)
7. Deploy ST technical projects (Inkless Map, STIF, STDF, PPAP)
8. Manage Change Management (include Transfer)
9. Package Roadmap Benchmarking
10. Project management
11. Expert in WLCSP/ ASSY FRONTEND AND BACKEND processing

Qualifications
-Manages suppliers in order to ensure that the quality level and continuous improvement of products and services are those expected by ST.
-Deploys and ensures the conformity of quality demands and social responsibilities.
