职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司销售信息的管理工作，推动及监控公司的CRM系统及商机管理全面使用；
2、准备会议文件及对会议要求内容跟踪落实，监控公司销售系统指标完成情况，销售 重大项目、重点型号的进展情况等，对存在的问题及时提报；
3、营销报告的信息收集及编制；
4、负责客户相关信息管理；
5、关注对外发布公开采购、招标的信息收集、内部处理的跟进及外部对接等；
6、收集公司相关的公开信息（展会、峰会等），对内传达，跟踪信息的处理情况等；
7、配合领导完成销售拓展机会信息的收集整理；
8、领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
教育背景：◆营销、航空、机械、电子等相关专业本科及以上同等学历；
知识技能：◆熟悉销售工作，了解行业动态优先；
◆熟悉国内国际航空工业相关背景优先；
◆英语能力强优先。
工作态度：◆语言表达能力强，分析能力强；
◆工作积极主动，认真细致；

Beijing Andawell Science & Technology Co., Ltd., as the HQ, comprises the following departments: Electron Maintenance Enterprise, the Marketing Management Department, the Human Resource Department, the Finance Department, the Procurement Department, and the Information System Development Department. The Company has also invested in and established Beijing Andawell Mechanical Maintenance Co., Ltd., Beijing Andawell Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd., and Beijing Andawell Aero-equipment Co., Ltd. as its subsidiaries.
 
Andawell is mainly engaged in the field of aviation technologies. The Company is capable of providing comprehensive aviation services to its customers, including aviation part maintenance, R&D for test equipments and aviation products, aviation spare parts trade, in addition to the installation and refitting for plane-mounted devices.
 
Andawell currently owns an independent 20,000 m2 industrial park, neighboring the Beijing Capital Airport, whose location facilitates fast and convenient services to customers of the Company.
