岗位职责：
1,Collect and integrate customers’voice to meet customers’ needs.
2,Develop service process to improve customer delight.
3,Ensure the centre achieves SLA and KPI targets.
4,Manage staff training and optimize the training and support system to improve the engineers’ability.
5,Provide visible and effective leadership to the staff to inspire the team energetic and clannish.
6,Provide high-level technical solutions to customers and troubleshoot products' special problems.
专业技能要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in computer related area and at least 3 years work experience in call centre.

2. Previous experience in managing a team of call centre is a must
3. People management and project management skill, have energetic and harmonious abilities.
4. High efficiency with innovation and executive skills.
5 Fluent Proficiency & Comprehension in Korean. Strong preference for native speakers.
6. Fluent in verbal and written English.
7. Knowledge of COPC is preferred.
优先或特别考虑条件：
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in computer related area
2. At least 1-2 years of call center operation experience
3. Expert in data analysis, experience in project management
4. Strong communication skill, with energetic and harmonious
5. High efficiency with innovation and executive skills
6. Six Sigma implementation experience is a plus
7. Fluent in verbal and written English
