Global Service Delivery

Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a leader in the development of services and processes that are designed around the customer and enable the firm to demonstrate to regulators that its processes and ways of working will deliver consistently high standards of compliance. Every day, customers all over the world are paying bills, buying homes and setting up companies and every day, Global Service Delivery teams are making sure all this happens smoothly.

Role Purpose

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:
-Provide HR policy administration support to each of the HR business partners and resourcing team as required
-Participate in ROP process and advise the impacting factors of staff cost based on analysis on business plan, attrition trend and labour market trend
-Provide support to executing/implementing Group / GR programs and projects across sites in GSC China
-Closely monitor HRSD performance against SLA
-Foster close working relationship with HR business partners and resourcing team
-Provides professional advice/support to RM, resourcing team, HR CoE on HR policies implementation and compliance
-Understand the requirements and timelines for reports and MIs and maintain and update all trackers and databases on a regular basis for ease of reference for MI reporting
-Act as payroll process onshore contact point
-Contribute to reward initiative local deployment,
-Develop a culture of service and operational excellence within HR;
-Encourage continual improvement of HR process efficiency.
-Develop and enforce efficient practices and timelines in terms of databases, trackers, workflow, policies and procedures.
-Maintain strict quality, confidentiality and data security standards over all databases, trackers and MIs generated
-Demonstrate compliance to internal control, to maintain HSBC internal control standard including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators;
-To implement the Group Compliance Policy as applicable to the role
-Manage the vendor relationship and oversee risk and performance delivery throughout the contract period. Ensure that vendor management and vendor risk management activities required in Operations FIM are undertaken.
-Support HR Head and HR Team Lead in the effective discharge of their risk management and internal control responsibilities. These BRCM should be sufficiently resourced with trained and capable resources to enable performance of key activities e.g. assisting line management in the preparation of risk and control assessments and completing their control monitoring activities.

Qualifications
 
-A Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a related field
-Previous working experience in HR Service Environment would be an advantage.
-Strong MS Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
-Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and command of the English language.
-Good relationship / networking skills would be an added advantage
-Fix term contract with 2 years.
