Description:
Working as test environment developer you will responsible for test environment development and maintenance to fulfill assigned products verification work with good quality and approved cost& time frame.

Main responsibilities:
Establish test environment functionality scope
Review test related documents, RS, VS, etc
Propose test system solution according to test requirements
Implement automation test SW programming and release
Trouble shooting and debug test environment issues
Study new technology and new test methods
Test support in and outside lab
Training and coaching new comer on test environment operation

Qualifications:

Experience and Education:
B.S. or M.S in Telecom or equivalent
At least 3 years experience in the telecom Industry, preferably within test environment development area.
Experience in test SW development in telecommunication area.
Strong technical background on Labview or VEE programming, NI certified labview developer is a big plus
Good knowledge of test instruments on radio performance measurement
Good knowledge of telecommunication system and equipment.

Skills and Competence:
Proficient in both oral and written English.
Interested in programming work
Excellent communication and team work skills.
Energy and create positive working atmosphere
Good ability to solve problem independently, Self motivation and drive.
Fast learning of new technology and test method.

The major business area of Tieto China is Tieto Product Development Service (PDS). At PDS China our goal is to achieve strong positions globally.
