For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a BSCE IC BT Senior Hardware Engineer (Beijing) 北京西门子西伯乐斯电子有限公司（BSCE） 基础设施与城市（IC） 楼宇科技集团（BT） 高级硬件工程师 （工作地点：北京）.

What are my responsibilities?

-Archetecture design for product and solve the major technical issue with team.

-Coach and mentor junior engineer in the work.

-High quality document written, presentation skill and lead the technology tendency.

-Review for high level documents and point out the critical part.

-Creation in the new or specific area in the product development.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-More than 5 years work expeirence in HW design

-Major in EE or related objects with bachelor degree or above

-Be familor with the HW test methode and equipment use

-Versed in MS office

-Fluent English skill in speaking, listening, writing and reading
