Major Duties:
主要职责：
?Lead and implement all kinds of APS projects, including make a procedure, people training, follow actual status, regular review and improve. Mainly focus on:
  领导并执行安德里茨生产体系，包括流程、人员培训、进度跟踪、定期检查、改善，主要集中在如下方面：
- Safety improvement 安全改善
- Defects and scrap analysis projects 不良品分析
- 5S implementation and audits improvement 5S执行及5S评审
- VSM analysis for whole product flow 整个生产流程的价值流分析

?Make optimum procedures for maintenance for lower cost and high efficiency, mainly focus on
  维修流程的优化，降低成本提高效率，主要集中在如下方面：
- Investigate maintenance current status and working follow, make new procedures for improvement
   调查维修团队的工作现状并制定新的流程以改善现状
- Investigate how to implement FTA analysis
   应用故障树分析的可行性调查
- Lead TPM implementation, must bring real benefits and improvement for machine
   领导TPM的执行，必须带来实际改善和收益

?Set standardization for workshop floor, including operation and maintenance
  车间标准体系的建立, 包括加工和维修两个团队
- Make plan for build standardization system in the workshop
  对车间标准化体系建立做出整体规划
- Make or revise visualized SOP & job description for all operations on workshop floor
  制定车间所有岗位的可视化SOP及岗位对应的岗位说明
- Build a system/annual plan to well manage workers qualification level, e.g.
  rotation plan, qualification test plan
  建立工人技能管理方案，比如定期轮岗计划、技能考核计划等
- build a documentation system to manage all documents, check all exiting documents used in workshop floor and make template for all documents, add document number for each document, make instruction for those document which need fill by people, and train related people to implement, and make audit plan and arrange audit regularly, make sure all issued documents must be used in correct and effective way
  制定标准文件体系来进行文件管理, 检查所有已用文档，制定模板给出编号，对于需要填写的文档制定填写规范，进行人员培训，确保员工规范填写所发布的文件，并且制定审核计划及安排文件定期 审核，确保所有发布的文件得到正确有效的使用。
- Tool, consumable, maintenance part stock management, in order to build reliable safety stock, and manager stock in / stock out record
  负责工具、量具、夹具、消耗品、维修备件的库存管理，建立可靠的库存及出入账管理

Competence
所需的资质能力：
?Mechanical back around Bachelor degree or above
  机械背景学士学位及以上
?Good verbal and written English, at least English level term 6 or above
  英文听说读写良好，6级证及以上
?6 years office experience or above
  至少6年工作经验
?Manufacturing development and system experience
  有生产制造流程优化及体系标准建立经验
?Very good at MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  擅长MS office应用，尤其是Excel, Word, PowerPoint
?SAP skills or equivalent
  操作SAP技能或者其他类似软件技能
?Accuracy, attention to detail are important

?Reliability, good at listening
