1、待审批文件的归集、送审，审批后的分发、转达及落实跟进；
2、高级会议的会务管理工作，会议决议的督促、落实及跟进；
3、总经理访客的接待安排工作；
4、协同总经理出差，差旅费用的报销；
5、相关工作文案材料的草拟；
6、总经理交办的其它事项。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、沟通能力强，英语口语流利；
3、文秘、语言、行政、法律、经济或商务相关专业；
4、能灵活应变，观察分析能力强；
5、学习能力强，抗压能力较好；
6、良好的服务意识及主动性；
7、形象气质佳，身高1.65米或以上优先。
