Responsibilities：
? PPAP approval & FAT timely and effectively according to internal project schedule
? Implement New PPAP process for all PCO’s and PPAM’s, PPAP FYP > 98%
? Handle the complaints of incoming, in-process and customer with responsible suppliers, 3-D within 48 hours, 5D with 120 hours, 8-D completion with effective actions
? Supplier performance evaluation and monitoring(score card), collect score card data of quality for owned suppliers and participate Quarterly Business Review together with suppliers
? Scheduled supplier line audit 100% completion on schedule;
? New supplier assessment conducted timely according to internal project schedule;
? Audit open issues closure timely and effectively to ensure continuous improvement
? Technique review organization between supplier and engineering to make suppliers fully understand Dematic’s requirements
? Train owned suppliers on PPAP and corrective actions,and quality tools
? Supplier development for supplier performance continuous improvement
? Implement Quality Workmanship Standards and DGES Spec’s with the Supply Base, include in Supplier Mfg/Quality process/line audit
? Follow Dematic Employee Manual and Safety regulations
? Other activities as assigned by department Manager

Requirements：
? Fluent in English (reading, listening, speaking, writing)
? Good understanding of manufacturing processes, such as sheet metal,machining,injection moulding,surface treatment
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimun 3 years experience in similar position,
automotive experience is a plus
? Good understanding and knowledge of AIAG core tools (PPAP, APQP/CP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) is a plus
? Experience performing Supplier Audits (ISO/TS16949, ISO9001),TS16949 is a plus
? Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
? Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas and organization levels both internal and external
? Good experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) 举报 分享
