*Job Summary:
1. HR Partner and primary point of contact to Mid-Senior Level Leaders (Executive, Senior Director, Director level), first/second level leaders and employees
2. Delivers on HR strategies and solutions to support short and long term business goals
3. Effectively navigates the HR organization to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of HR services to meet Business needs
4. Internal organizational development consultant and coach to Business and HR teams
5. Supports and operationalizes HR core processes
*Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Builds strong working relationships, underpinned by trust, credibility and respect with business and HR leaders
2. Seeks to understand business strategies and translates into long-term people strategies and agendas
3. Supports the development of short and long-term People strategies with HR BU, COE and business leaders to enable and support business strategies
4. Supports the development of HR initiatives and priorities
5. Supports HR and Business organizations and cultures to drive innovation, employee engagement, process improvement and commitment to service excellence
6. With business leaders support strategies to improve business and organizational performance and change management
7. Inform HR COEs on business strategy to support pro-active delivery of quality HR services to meet current and future business needs
8. Oversees local implementation of global and standardized HR processes
9. Ensure BU and HR strategies are aligned with the global and/or regional HR plans and strategies
10. Provide coaching and development practices in support of business strategy and growth agendas
11. Oversee BU execution of core HR process including Talent Management, Development and Performance
12. Actively involved in the recruitment, development, growth and retention of talent
13. Applies consistency and fairness in adherence to regulations, compliance, laws, policies, procedures and issue escalation
Requirements:
1. Education/Qualifications:
Degree and/or HR Certification/qualification
2. Experience:
8+ Years of HR experience
HR Generalist background will be an advantage with the experiences in at least 2 HR functions
