Reports to (position)：Senior China Legal Director


Purpose of the position：
Provide legal support to China Legal team
Provide administrative support to China Legal team


Principal responsibilities：
Conduct legal research per legal team members’ request
Legal translation
First round review of legal documents
Documents management and filing
Administrative work of bill management
Contract statistics
Stationary management
Other legal and administrative works


Required qualifications/experience
Law degree
Passed PRC bar exam
