职位描述：
(1)Lead the bid process through all stages from qualification through to handover to implementation, whilst developing and maintaining best practice throughout the bid cycle
(2)Plan and manage post bid submission activity;
(3)To supply qualified resources to bid solutions, to assist the bid process, to ensure timely internal reviews and use of best practice materials.
(4)To ensure that key win strategies are communicated and understood.
(5)Present the bid project plan and key win themes to the agency
(6)Timely completion of high quality proposals, displays a bias for decisiveness by meeting the most aggressive timelines for delivering
(7)Checking processes and tasks accurately.
