Job Description
 
Manage and /or verify FCY/RMB cross border payments, cash transactions
Ensure day to day operations to be in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local regulations
Administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation, and exception processing
Coordinate with both clients and remote processing hubs for Cash products
Handle enquiries from internal business partners
Escalate unusual problems to manager
Perform ledger/statement account reconciliation
Provide coaching to junior staff
Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations efficiency and control

Qualifications
College graduate or above
At least 3 years of working experiences in Cash operations
Good understanding of internal controls and compliance in local regulations on cash operations
Detail oriented and methodical, good analytical skills
Good time management skill, ability to work under pressure
Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
