POSITION SUMMARY
? To make digital marketing annual strategy/ execution plan and implementation for Domino’s self-managed online order channels, including Website, Wap, Wechat and App.
? SEM and SEO to lead traffic to website and effectively convert to orders.
? Display online solutions to improve brand impressions and lead to order.
? Social platforms management, including Wechat, alipay, weibo. And digital campaigns
? Monitor online information and customers’ feedback daily report.
? Work with IT department to improve online order channels users experience and interfaces.
? Digital research and other jobs support to brand team or operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
? Work with brand and promotion team, to plan yearly digital communication. Make sure to launch new products and promotion on time and update visual information.
? Analyse and watch top3 search engines, baidu, 360 and sougo, deliver effective contents to lead users of interest in Domino’s and competitors’ to site and convert to orders. Control budget and improve ROI.
? Update brand key messages on search engines and digital platforms, and our site coding, in order to easily be searched out and lead potential users to find us.
? Seek for target audience online and precision marketing, for instance, use DSP to expose on QQ, Baidu, News app exposure, in order to attract new users.
? Word of mouth marketing on dianping.com, improve shop decoration, or brand exposure, to upgrade store image.
? Create contents for Domino’s social platforms, find bonding point between hot news with brand or products. Regularly post to fans and feedback to fans comments.
? Design digital campaigns to grow fans & users’ pool, Launch H5 interactive campaign to attract fans engagement and share.
? Watch daily on food industry news or potential crisis, Domino’s and competitors, send daily summary to management team. Once crisis show up, assistant to deal with it immediately.
? Release news of new products or brand information, easily keep active on digital environment.
? Analyse user’s behaviour on website pages, work with IT to improve our UE and UI. Improve conversion rate on site.
? Design and execute satisfaction research at post-sales stage, to collect customer’s feedback, improve operation service quality.
? Keep watching competitor’s website or digital channels development.
QUALIFICATIONS :
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Ideally educated to Degree standard and/or proven retail/merchandise work experience
? Knowledge and experience with China digital environment and marketing solutions. (+5 year-experience preferred )
? Experience in working with food industry.
? Good at excel , PPT and other tools
? Able to self-organise in a complex and multi-tasking environment by prioritize assignments.
? Detail-oriented and figure sensitive.
