Functional Description

Job Functions
- Customer master data create and maintenance

- Customer credit controlling management

- Analyze A/R aging report up to achieve target

- Control bad debit risk

- Credit note review and analysis

- Bank guarantee operation management


Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
-Create and maintain customer master data and filing relevant document
-Verify customer credit application and filing relevant document
-Verify bank draft and issue relevant receipt according to payment policy
-Prepare AR statement to Customer and pursue overdue AR
-Customer reconciliation
-Goods release after verifying customer’s AR performance
-Document AR special approval and ensure the payment are settled timely
-Manage customer credit and control AR risk.
-Maintain relevant issues regarding VAT invoice, such as invoice lost or some errors occur in invoice, etc.
-Verify non-standard contract case base on relevant policy
-Prepare monthly AR data to team member for AR collection
-Prepare monthly AR report
-Prepare monthly PPT for AR performance and payment collection progress
-Perform other jobs as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

? Degree holder in Business Administration, International trading from a recognized university in or outside China.
? Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
? Other languages or dialects will be an advantage.

Skills and Personal Attributes

? Minimum 2 years in Finance Administration preferably in International Company.
? Be good at making finance reports.
? Familiar with financial analytical, especially those trading related modules.
? Be good at office tools.
? Experience in SAP & BW is better.
? Good communication skills with all levels
