职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Offer day-to-day technical guidance to engineers and technicians in the field of engineering and maintenance on AA/GC/ICP products 为AA、GC、ICP产品线提供日常的技术培训和指导，解决技术问题。
2. Provide leadership to a team of Manufacturing Engineers with the aim of achieving operational goals (i.e. Health and Safety, Quality, and Productivity) 领导技术团队配合达成营运目标
3. Manage a cross trained engineering group（ME/EE/Chemical）which works on a common base according to a well-defined strategy and fully supports the manufacturing cells both in terms of daily activities and long term improvements by working close to manufacturing manager, production planners and supervisors on the appropriate level of engineering group 管理不同背景的工程团队（机械、电子、化学）配合生产、计划，运营团队达成公司长期运营目标
4.Lead NPI and early engagement in NPD, Machine installations and technology transfers.领导新产品导入，新产品开发的前期工程介入。指导设备安装维护以及技术转移
5. Draft and improve manufacturing documents, owns the engineering part of document management system 修改工程文件，管理维护工程文档
6. Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews 支持参加技术研讨会议
7. Utilize Six Sigma as a method of product and process improvement 熟练运用6西格玛
8. Develop expertise in the operation, and provide expert technical advice to the management to improve plant efficiencies and yield. 培养技术储备，为管理成提供技术意见和建议提高效率和良率
Qualifications:
More than 12 years engineering experience in analytical instrument related like AA/GC/ICP 12年以上仪器工程方面的经验，如AA、GC或者ICP
Ability to identify and implement Best Practices 能够识别并能运用好的实践方案
Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and planning skills 优秀的分析问题、解决问题的能力，要有良好的规划意识
Ability to work independently 能独立工作
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and resolve unstructured problem 优秀的分析技巧和能力去解决、解释各类技术难题
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner to all levels of the organization 能和组织中不同的人运用熟练的英语书面或者口头进行有效沟通

2020年3月，美国食品药品管理局（FDA）已为珀金埃尔默研发的新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒（RT-PCR）批准了紧急使用授权（EUA）。同时，该新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒作为一种体外诊断（IVD）设备，满足欧盟体外诊断试剂指令（IVDD）的要求，并获得欧盟市场的准入资格，且于4月被正式列入WHO应急使用清单（EUL，Emergency Use Listing）。
2020年8月国际著名期刊《Nature Biotechnology》发表了关于全球获批新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒性能对比研究：珀金埃尔默研发的核酸检测试剂盒，以0.009copies/μL最低检测限（LoD）的显著优势排名全球***，为全球最灵敏新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒。
