Job Objective职位目标：
? Incease win rate of AS in projects especially in high-end ones

Role and Responsibilities工作角色与职责：
? Focus on regional key architect and design firms.
? Establish company's brands as preferred brands in architectural and design firms.
? Provide highly professional specifications to key designer clients for projects which will benefit and influence winning chance for Sales team.
? Increase win rate of hotels via Hospitalities.
? Maintain contact and regularly visit A&D, establish and maintain long-term stable relations with key A&D, in the direction of establishment of strategic cooperative partnership.
? Help sales team increase projects win rate at all kinds of scenarios of sales activities via proposal recommendations, company introductions, values enhancement etc.

Requirements and/or Advantages应聘要求
? Education
Colleague degree above, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
? Experience
Experience in selling high-end products or building materials via architects and designers.
Interior designer is preferred.
Experience in presenting seminar is preferred.
Experience in Hospitalities is preferred
? English
Complete fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
? Software
Expert level working with MS office required, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel 举报 分享
