4.Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.处理客人要求，并把客人投诉报告给宾客服务中心主管;

5.Bill call costs.记录客人电话费;

6.Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.了解本地常用电话号码;

7.Advises defects on switchboard equipment to Supervisor.通过总机设备向主管报告过失;

8.Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly.迅速回答客人疑问，满足客人要求;

Qualification:
1.英文口语流利；Excellent oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese；
2.较强沟通、协调能力；Good interpersonal, communication skills;
3.具有服务意识与应变能力；Service skill and flexible capability are necessary;
4.具有高星级酒店前厅部工作经验；Related working experience is preferred;
