职位描述
1.Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team
按照酒 店销售团队的要求准备所有的管理性文件
2.Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base
收发销售部所有的通信邮件,维护数据库系统
3.Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
维护客户档案系统(手工版和电子版)
4.Maintenance and management of data base
支持和管理数据库资料
5.Assist with tender submissions
协助招投标
6.Work with other IHG properties and assist superiors including regional sales personnel to sell their properties
与洲际集团其他姊妹酒店协调工作
7.Ensure all meetings inquiries are handled within Meeting Success standard procedures and always meet 2-hour turnaround standard.
保证所有的会议询价都按照‘成功会议’的标准程序执行及2小时的反馈机制
8.Support the Hotel Sales team with site inspections, client entertainment, familiarizations and other events that form part of the sales and marketing revenue plan.
协助酒店的销售部门和皇冠宴会部门的客户场地考察，应酬，参观与及其他市场营销的活动
Qualifications：
岗位要求：
1.University Graduate or Diploma and/or Degree or equivalent in the Hospitality Industry;
酒店管理、市场营销或相关专业，大学本科以上学历；
2.Minimum 1 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels;
至少2-3年国际酒店相关工作经验；
3.Ability to work under pressure with team and independent;
具备独立工作能力；
4.Good sense of sales in terms of Corporate and MICE;
对公司或会议销售有良好的认知；
