Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1 To maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests.
保持友好、整洁、愉快的形象。
2 To provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guest’s complaints, requests and enquiries.
服务彬彬有礼，迅速、巧妙处理客人要求、问询及投诉。
3 To co-ordinate and participate in the activities of the front office personnel.
配合并参与前厅部的各项工作和活动。
4 To be responsible for all telephone enquiries and counter inquiries.
处理客人的问询和电话咨询。
5 To be responsible for the operations of the three front desk computer terminals.
负责前台电脑终端的运行和维护。
6 To maintain sufficient stock of the supplies at all time and initiate requisitions for replenishment of stock.
保证前台备品充足，并即使申领。
7 To keep informed of all function/events going on in the hotel and to furnishing information about the hotel and any special attractions to events of interests.
熟悉酒店内各项服务和活动的信息，并能向客人介绍酒店的特色。
8 To check the registration cards.
检查宾客登记单。
9 To provide courteous and professional service when handling check-in/ checkout.
礼貌、专业地为客人办理入住结帐手续。
10 To keep informing all room and rate changes and guests’ special arrangements to concerned departments and sections.
将客人房间/房价变更及特殊安排及时通知酒店相关部门。
11 To be responsible for the accuracy of all registered guests information and ensure this information is smoothly, accurately and timely sent to the Public Security Bureau.
负责将客人的登记信息及时准确地发送给公安机关。
12 To determine daily room requirements and ensure guests special requests are accomplished.
确定每日预计用房数量，确保满足客人的特殊需求。
13 To control the room status accurately.
准确控制房态。
14 To be responsible for submitting group information report to concerned departments.
负责将团队资料通知相关部门。
15 To keep work area clean and neat.
保持工作区域干净、整洁。
16 To perform any other duty as assigned by reception supervisor.
完成前台主管分派的其他工作。
