？ To execute scheduled guestrooms and public areas building maintenance as per specified standard. Day-To-Day Supervisory and evaluation our repair works / checks regular periodical preventive maintenance, recording, and safety that confirms to quality & quantity of finishing repair works.

？ Overall responsible for POM Building Engineering Tasks and Work of primary supervisory duty.
完成总工程师或指定工程师分配的工作。
？ Perform all other duties which may be assigned by the AV Engineer and Operation Duty Shift Leader or any other authorized engineer.
执行维修工程师，建筑主管或其他上级安排的工作。
？ Follow-up daily assignments, Industrial operation checklist, legionelle control factor and testing, schedule planned preventive maintenance, inclusive pre and pro tasks to eliminate and provide suitable and better quality guest service.
跟进日常工作安排，行业运作，预防维护计划，包括计划前准备和计划后总结，以提供最适宜优质的客户服务。
？ Pre & pro task and work cover never ending process of hospitality operation managing and analysis, related to communication, in-house auditing, maintaining tracking record, organizing, staffing, executing and control.
准备工作和工作总结及与沟通，内部审计，维修跟踪记录，组织，人事安排，运作和控制相关的工作管理时保持热情。
? Anticipate any changes and meet guests’ expectation and service, maintain and apply constant courtesy, proper communication and co-ordination when attending to guest. Personal discipline and house keeping principle to ensure.
满足客人的要求，对客人保持礼貌和配合。坚持个人原则，保持房间整洁。
? On the look out for inconsistency or emergency and/or practice and recommend necessary action.
参与一些意外事件的补救并提出行动建议。
? Perform major and minor repair & installation, trouble-shooting and maintenance completed with documentation in a timely, accurate, efficient and knowledgeable manner.

? Recommend to analyze any unusual or constant breakdown occurrence of work and task to the superior.
向上级汇报常见和不常见的故障并提出分析建议。
？ To ensure that all planned periodical preventive maintenance carried out for the guestroom and the documentation is upkeep up to date.

？ Issue WROs’ to Engineering Department any repair difficulty beyond yours capacity and spare parts. Apply only reliable and correct method of work and remedy.
? General Preventive Maintenance of H/K equipment’s and Guest Room
客房设备和客房的一般性维修。
? Remedy of guest room general repair and H/K equipment’s.

? Maintain lighting of guest room corridor, emergency lighting and service lift lobby and replace according to the life spent.
保持客房走廊、电梯前室的照明和紧急照明灯的正常运作。
? Any other remedy duties require under Executive House Keeper’s directive deemed necessary.

？ In the nature of duty, engineering staff is responsible for Fire protection and prevention of the equipment and plant. Strictly adhere to fire and life safety regulations.
在分工职责内，工程部员工对与消防相关的设备安全负责。
？ Maintain clean workplace, riser, trolley, storage area, all tools and equipment properly clean all times. Report any major problem raised which unable to solve.
保持手推车和工程部工作场所，工具等整洁。遇到解决不了的重大问题时向上级报告。
