Key Responsibilities
? Stick to the Medical Insurance policies, and to handle staff emergency sick leave applications properly
认真执行参加医保人员的各项规定（指定医院药费报销），对急诊员工假条的处理工作。
? Strictly follow the Sanitizing and disinfecting regulations and procedures.
严格执行卫生消毒制度，定期进行室内医疗器械、医疗用品的消毒工作，坚决杜绝各种传染源。
? Proper control and arrange clinic medicine for hotel staff.
严格控制药品费用，本着既能为员工解决疾苦，又能节约药费开支的原则，把节约宗旨放在守位。
? Control of only-child expenses claim
严格执行独生子女报销制度，按蓝本及报销全额执行。
? To well prepare the staff annual health check
认真做好年度员工体检工作，给领导做好参谋，本着既对饭店工作负责，又要对每名员工负责。
? To study and implement anti-epidemic regulations.
认真学习、履行《传染病防治法》，每年执行、监督对机器设备的监测，并对从业人员进行健康体检，并且建立档案。
? To prepare medison for high-temp works.
做好夏季防暑降温及药品发放工作。
? Preparing medison to prevent epizootic diseases.
根据季节变化充实，备好各类用药（流感、红眼病、菌痢、传染性肝炎等），做到有备无患。
? To fulfill the blood donation obligation.
认真履行公民义务献血工作，本着对党、对人民负责的态度，不出现冒名顶替和虚假内容，确保血源的纯洁性。
? To fulfill the tasks from the Red Cross.
认真履行红十字会工作，积极充当红会的宣传员，并执行募捐工作的各项内容（捐款、捐物）,及时上缴
? Obay hotel rules and regulations. Take care of personal appearance
遵守店规、店记，注意仪容仪表，以模范形象，与饭店的形象相媲美，完成好本职工作。
? Familiar with the staff injury at work & occupational diseases manual, set up the policy accordingly.
学习《职工工伤、职业病鉴定手册》，建立健全工伤执行→工伤性质→见证人→部门经理→医务人员层层管理，并上报制度。
? Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same
宣传职业卫生与安全的政策和程序，确保在职业卫生与安全政策的指导方针下，所有程序得以安全实施。
? Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
熟知本职责的注意事项，坚持职业卫生与安全法规、政策、程序；
? Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
熟知饭店安全、急救、消防及紧急事故处理程序，熟练、安全地操作机器；
? Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
采取行动纠正危险的状况并通知上级存在的安全隐患；
? Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
根据酒店的要求，记录安全事故和工伤事故。
？ According to the green hotel requirements to work to save energy and reduce wasting;
严格按照绿色酒店标准完成工作，节约能源，减少能耗；
？ Attending the training of green hotel working produce and understand the green hotel standards.
按时参加绿色酒店相关培训，熟悉与本岗位相关的绿色酒店环保标准和知识.
