职位描述
Position: Customer Service & Supply Chain Manager -Fortune 500 Chemical Company
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1) Act as interfaces between Marketing/Sales and Production, Sales and Customers;
2) Establish S&OP process in SAP R11 for orders, invoices, etc, and continually improve the processes;
3) Conducts regular overviews on accounts receivables and discusses it with Sales Managers;
4) Find best solutions for monthly, weekly and daily management of demand and supply in a complex environment with many different stakeholders and goals;
5) Lead regional CS and SCM projects to further improve CS and SCM results;
6) Support in training and development of plant supply chain staff.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree major in logistics, supply chain management or economy;
2) Good English (both spoken and written);
3) Experience in customer service, supply chain or logistic, familiar with SAP;
4) Strong Leadership skills and ability to lead work team towards target achievement, good intercultural capabilities;
5) Minimum 5 years experience in chemical industry.
