Senior Logistics Project Manager/物流项目高级经理-Lean&6Sigma精益流程改善项目

Responsibility:
Responsible for management products domestic and international transport and shipping.
Monitoring the efficiency of supply chain operations, through data analysis to seek continuous improvement in the space
Responsible for cross departmental communication and cooperation, providing financial support for the cost of standardization and control, inventory control and project investment
Responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement in the supply chain system, including inventory and cost control, supply chain related operating KPI supervision, to provide the regional monthly management reports and improvement plans
Implementation of strategy to expand / optimize Logistics function for group level.
Assist in designing logistics operations policy and procedures to ensure activities undertaken in compliance with legal, professional as well as corporate standards and requirements
Carry out ad hoc assignments as directed by the Management
Handle inventory management and stock reconciliation
Partner with internal / external team on any initiative related logistics arrangement
Knowledge of preparing all documents such as Invoice, Packing List etc. for import & Export
Ownership for Data Entry, Filing other documents
Monitor and supervise the daily operations of Logistics in China
Customs issues for both origin and destination
Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers for shipment booking and traffic control, inbound/outbound transportation arrangement

Requirement:
Min 8-10 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years in managerial capacity in manufacturing, preferable in garment and / or FMCG business
Experience in retail industry will be appreciated
Regional Vision & Experience.
ERP experience and conceptual. Implementation experience is added value (i.e. Oracle, Dynamics)
Project management skill. Knowledge of PMP, Six Sigma and Lean Concept. Certified is highly prefer but NOT must.
Excellent Leadership with good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Working experience with logistics software, particularly inventory management, Order processing and monitoring control. 举报 分享
