-Our client is a US ARCHITECTURAL FIRM with headoffice in New York City and several branches in China. Well established on the Chinese market since 2002, this firm has professional planning, architecture, and interior planning designers as well as commercial planning consultants. With around 10 years of experience in the Chinese market and many succesfull projects such as commercial bldgs, hotels, retail projects, mixed use, residential etc. this firm offers multdisciplinary solutions to its clients. Working with the most famous real estate developers, our client is now looking for new talents to join its Shanghai local headoffice.


1. 业务拓展
Business Development
- 负责为公司selling承接品牌零售设计业务，制作业务介绍简报，制作服务建议书与合同， 负责客户各个不同环节的全程跟进.
- 让客户熟知公司的运营状态，服务方式，感知公司文化，加深顾客信任.
- 在设计周期、工程周期计划中参与各部门协调，为客户解决各种突发状况.
- 优化、完善品牌零售设计业务宣传资料和客户联系方式等，逐步提升品牌零售设计业务品牌影响力.
- 建立健全客户档案，定期回访，安排后期服务，开展各种活动.
- Responsible for the “Retail Design” business development; prepare introduction PPT file; proposal, contract and follow up the needs of customers.
- Introduce our company to the customers, including company culture, working process and service content and value etc.
- To strengthen GP/DCI and client relationship, schedule regular coordination with other department according to the projects progress and keep client informed.
- Improve the GP/DCI brand by updating the promotion materials and improving our overall marketability.
- Establish a customer data base, pay regular re-visits and follow up the after services, to build add on business.

2. 市场宣传
Marketing Communication
负责公司对外宣传推广工作，包括：
Responsible for the GP/DCI Marketing & Promotion Issue, include:
- 参与品牌管理及推广
Branding & Branding management
- 参与宣传推广策略的制定并负责执行
Marketing strategy & execution
- 媒体联络公关/宣传品制作/公司宣传活动组织
Media relationship management /Producing promotion material /Organizing PR events
- 其他市场推广方面的工作
Other marketing related works

-1. 大学专科或以上学历
Associate bachelor degree or above
2. 5-6年以上相关设计工作经验或相关行业的销售/市场/宣传/公关/媒体工作经验
5 to 6 year working experience in design or related industry as sales, marketing, promotion, public relationship or media or related position
3. 有品牌设计经验者优先
Relevant branding design working experience is preferred
4. 有独立策划并成功执行公关活动经验者优先
Have independent plan and successful execution public relations activities experience is preferred
5. 熟悉并能良好运用各类办公及宣传制作软件（Office系列，Adobe系列，CAD系列）
Good at using computer software as Office series, Adobe Series, or CAD series
6. 优秀的英语和普通话水平，口语优秀者优先
Bilingual – English and mandarin, oral English is preferred
7. 有较强的沟通、协调能力，有职业道德，清晰的表达思维、充沛的工作热情 ，积极主动的完成工作
Strong ability in communication, coordinated, and work ethics，clear expression, passion for working, takes the initiative to complete all tasks. Good socializing skill and good drinker.
8. 具备独立工作能力及良好的团队合作精神
Ability to work independently and good teamwork spirit
9. 热爱时尚、性格开朗，具有较强的吃苦精神和责任心
Love fashion, bright personality, and has strong hardship spirit and sense of responsibility
