Department Description:
Oracle Applications Product Group (APG) focuses on product development based on Oracle Applications products including all Oracle SaaS products, as well as E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, Siebel CRM, i-Flex etc. We work closely with Oracle Headquarter, APAC and India Development Center to develop the new products serving the global customers and the JAPAC customers.

The position is based in Beijing, China.
Responsibilities:
- Get tightly involved with country fields, international or domestic customers to deeply understand business processes and practices. Write business requirement document when needed
- Master the CX Cloud product functionality; do the gap analysis between the business requirements and the product, create functional design specifications, conduct the design review with internal teams and country fields.
- Support critical CRM Cloud deal or implementation in China and Japan and provide functional solutions.
- Many product solutions interface with or depend on the existing products, you need to have a good understanding of the relevant products, work together with the other development team for integration and ensure a best-fit solution and design.
- Support the developers in the development cycle. You may do the configurations in the development environment.
- Contribute/review QA test plan. You may participate in the testing to ensure the product quality.
- Provide key input in product rollout process such as Documentation, deliver Readiness training
Requirement:
1. BS or MS degree
2. Ideally CRM Functional Consultant background. Have deep business experience in CRM area with expert product knowledge. At least 5 years’ CRM implementation experience.
3. Excellent written and oral English
4. Experience as Application technical consultant or Application developer would be a plus
5. Strong communication and negotiation skill. Have the ability to interact with customers, actively co-ordinate with the different functional teams.
6. Highly self-motivated and quick learning ability are must. Innovative and extensive thinking are must.
7. Good project planning, time management skills
8. Worked for Internet company would be plus
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
