职位描述
Purpose of Position
·Achieve maximum customer satisfaction, continuous expansion of the business and sales profitability / growth from the assigned key accounts by managing the business according to contracts, terms and conditions and general *** trading terms.
Tasks
·Manage a favorable commercial relationship with the assigned account(s) that will promote customer satisfaction and loyalty, business growth and profitability
·Ensure that all accounts are managed and developed in line with the established corporate / regional strategies and all key performance indicators stipulated in the contract are being fulfilled
·Conduct regular (minimum quarterly) business reviews, analyse and indentify business opportunities, potential risks and make the appropriate recommendations to the management
·Responsible for a smooth business implementation and handover to Operations and ongoing monitoring of contract compliance
·Propose improvement measures and drive continues improvement processes for the account
·Update account developments and activities in CRM
Authority to decide
·Pricing authority within the accounts and guidelines
Requirements & Skills
·Functional / Industry requirements
o Functional experience in air / ocean / logistics / SCM and client related IT solutions
o Understanding of the customer’s specific requirements and customers market environment
o Demonstrated sales and account management capabilities
o Complete understanding of *** strategy and products
o Comprehensive regional market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall economic environment)
o Basic business administration competence
·Management skills
o Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (Operations and ISP’s)
o Organisational skills (prioritise, plan, assign, delegate and control)
o Capable of meeting the expected growth and maintenance goals with the assigned customer
·Personality traits
o Analytical and strong problem solving skills

o Communication and interpersonal skills

o Able to work in a diverse environment and cultures
o Presentation and negotiation skills

·Educational background
o Business administration / commercial / technical / engineering background

o IT literacy (MS Office, Operational Systems)
Measurement
·Development as per sales plan (SGAP)
·DSO for the client
·Timeliness and accuracy of CRM updates
·Business implementation or re-engineering sign off by client / internal interfaces
·Customer satisfaction survey index
