Responsibilities:

? Monitoring of the monthly billings and budget preparation
? Preparation of staff availability report
? Managing and meeting all work requirements and deadlines, enhance the efficiency of various reports submission
? Assist and alleviate the administrative work for department heads
? Assist PIC( Partner in Charge) to maintain group record, prepare group analysis and reports
? Monitoring of aged debtors
? As the information centre for the group admin, staffing, training, headcount and fees, etc
? Assist in group event/function
? Preparing the agenda for monthly meetings

Requirements:

? Degree holder with excellent administrative skills
? Good team player
? Initiative
? Good organizing skills
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Self-starter with an analytical mind, good analytical skills
