海外事业部
副部长/项目主管
岗位职责:
执行公司制定海外投资战略方向，建立、维护和开拓全球信息平台，组建团队，筛选、锁定投资目标，制订投资操作方案并负责投后的管理运行。
任职资格：
经济、企业管理、金融、电力、汽车等相关专业硕士研究生及以上学历，能够熟练使用至少一门外语。
投行，基金，信托，大型央企、国企海外事业部，5年以上工作经历并取得相当业绩者优先。
具有至少3年以上，上述行业机构中层及以上管理经验。
熟悉国际国内法律法规，熟悉国内外金融机构资金运作，熟悉海外并购操作流程并具备实战经验，具有卓越的市场营销、战略管理、企业管理能力。 举报 分享
