职位描述：
Job description and responsibility:
1. Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots system problems via telephone or at customer site;
2. Performs installation, repair, upgrades and preventive maintenance on installed system at customer sites;
3. Maintains appropriate tools and keeps on hand and as required;
4. Travels as required for the purpose of performing service activities at customer sites;
5. Update the know-how knowledge about the company′s products and improve the service to customer;
6. Prepare updates and maintain accurate logs, equipment performance data, service records, parts usage documentation and diagnostic update;
7. Serve as a point of contact between customers and engineering team; communicate customer requirements, system performance, and reliability issues;
8. Help the service administrator to maintain a clear record of the part inventory and parts being sold;
9. Run customer demonstrations and samples at local Coherent facilities;
10. Ensure local stock is kept up-to-date and coordinate shipment and return of parts.

Education and Work Experience:
1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Physics;
2. Prior experience in Capital Equipment, Lasers or Electro-Optics is advantageous;
3. Self-driven and able to work independently, with excellent interpersonal skills;
