The company manufactures and markets a complete line of air valves, check valves, and unmeasured flow reducers (UFR) as well as providing software system analyses for surge and air valve sizing and placement.
Job Title: China Marketing Manager
Report to: Asia marketing Manager
Location: Beijing
Responsible
? Promote sales and marketing of Company products in the Chinese market.
? Develop and maintain company Distributors network.
? Manager of company sales and marketing operations in China.
? Develop company sales and marketing team, and maintain the team work and cooperation.
? The Chinese sales and marketing team under the manager leadership will Provide:
1. Technical and engineering support for the wide range of company products.
2. Be involved in promotion and sales efforts in:
? Water supply companies.
? Design and planning companies.
? Contractors.
? Commercial and distribution companies.
? Any other entity required for increasing sales potential.
3. Promote the "company culture" of providing global solutions for hydraulic problems in water and wastewater networks by means of educational endeavors in water companies, design engineers and other decision makers in the field. (Presentations, seminars, brochures and technical leaflets, exhibition participation etc.).
4. Counsel and support customers, designers and maintenance engineers in solving hydraulic problems by means of ARIavCAD and SURGE analysis and adapting company products accordingly.
5. Counsel water and wastewater companies in optimizing their networks through company products.
6. Prepare a weekly, monthly and yearly sales and marketing plan,
? Prepare monthly reports of meetings, leads, project developments and any other required information.
? Operate according to the approved budget and management instructions.
Requirement
? Preference for Dipl. Engineer in water sc. or mechanics or hydraulics.
? Sales and marketing education and experience.
? Experience in water products sales will be beneficial.
? Management and leadership abilities.
? Technical-marketing minded.
? Ability to work alone as a self-motivated manager and as a team member with company partners.
? Both fluent in Chinese and English.
? Ready to travel on long trips around China and be away from home for some day.
? Place of residence: Beijing.
