职位描述：
1.负责公司来访人员的接待工作;
2.公司内各种办公文档、合同等文件的录入、编排、编号、文印、整理、收发、传递、存档、销毁等工作;
3.日常文档、资料的整理归档;
4.负责各会议的通知及做好会议纪要;
5.协助进行行政制度执行监督;
6.公司行政、后勤及办公用品的登记、出入库、保管、盘点;
7.负责制定办公用品采购计划、预算等工作;
8.负责公司固定资产的登记、统计、造册、调配、盘点及处置等工作;
9.协助财务控制各项行政办公费用的支出;
10.核对各类单据,各项行政费用的报销;
11.协助进行各部门筹划和组织企业的重大活动;
12.协助负责公司的公关工作;
13.公司网站的更新、维护及设计;
14.协助执行人力资源管理的各项制度;
15.汇总公司各岗位招聘需求情况，通过各种渠道发布招聘信息、资料收集、面试通知、回访等;
16.对应聘人员的接待工作;
17.每月定时向各部门发放绩效考核表，并对考核结果进行统计上报;
18.员工各类请假、迟到、早退、出差、公出等考勤数据的管理;
19.为公司员工办理劳动合同的签订及续签手续;
20.员工人事档案的建立与保管，及其它资料的登记与整理;
21. 公司人员招聘、录用、离职等手续的办理;
