Title: Assistant Manager, Regulatory EN

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Ensure Regulatory Compliance in China and product Licenses applications

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Licenses applications & monitoring

1) New application - compilation & preparation of registration dossier as per local authority regulations and in-alignment with marketing strategic plans

2) Renewal - assure approvals are granted before license expired

3) Amendment -assure approvals are granted as necessary

4) Advise regulatory requirements like documentation, timeframe & cost when necessary

5) Reporting - regular updates on status, progress & issues

2. Regulatory compliance & monitoring

1) First contact in China for any regulatory affairs enquiry & question

2) Make sure the regulatory compliance for all relevant legislations China, including those potential risk legislations

3) Report any regulatory environmental / legislation changes

4) Provide early information on any regulatory trends that may impact to our EN business

5) Support regulation checking & registration approval status as well as regulatory assessments

3. Collaborations

1) To advice and co-ordinate all regulatory activities in China with different regulatory affairs teams e.g. the China Chemical regulation team, QA/QC team in plant.

2) To work together with other functional units when necessary e.g. Supply Chain to implement any label issues & double-check any importation requirements

3) Support Regional & Global Regulatory Teams on Regulatory Strategies & Initiatives

4. Collect industry information & published data, including industry association participation

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Animal feed science background.

2. Around 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs roles in Animal feed additive industry.

3. Well known Chinese feed additive regulation.

4. Good work relationship with MoA animal feed office / National feed quality control center is an advantage.
