Job Overview: The role of the Accounts Payable Specialist is to have full responsibility for the allocated AP accounts across LRQA including all related policy adherence and compliance, liaising by phone and email with suppliers; To process all invoices for payment; To perform other assigned accounts payable functions of a routine nature under the direction of the Accounts Payable Team Leader
 
Job Responsibilities:
1. Review, verify and input all vendor invoices into JD Edwards;

2. Accurate processing of supplier invoices;

3. Accurate processing of employee/subcontractor expenses;

4. Ensuring all invoices are paid correctly

5. Raising payments and liaising with relevant departments

6. Ensure all queries raised are dealt with promptly and professionally

7. Ensure compliance to local statutory regulations;

8. Ensure reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner;

9. Prepare accounting related-reports and analysis spreadsheets as required;

10. Assist with new process implementations

11. Adhoc tasks assigned by Accounts payable team leader
 
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree

2. Team Player

3. Fluency in written & oral English.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

5. Experience within Accounts Payable is preferred

6. Experience of working with foreign currencies would be beneficial 举报 分享
